Proven experience in a networking/IT environment and an excellent understanding of networking fundamentals
Experience in monitoring/configuring/maintaining networking infrastructure (in particular Aruba, Cisco, Linksys, Extreme equipment)
Skilled in developing and maintaining documentation relating to network configuration and network mapping processes.
Experience of supporting and maintaining systems in a Microsoft client/server environment. You will have sound knowledge of MS operating systems and the assorted services that a typical domain uses (DNS, Active Directory, SCCM, SCOM, DHCP, Group Policy etc)
Knowledge of incident, problem and change management and continuous improvement in an ITIL environment.
Experience of supporting, administering, and maintaining systems within Azure and Microsoft 365 stack (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Azure AD etc).
Experience of supporting business applications (Finance, HR, CRM etc.)
Ability to contribute to the development of a knowledge base and document best practices as well as being able to communicate effectively with our user base.
Good communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
